Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use Nettro on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Nettro is a software-as-a-service platform that connects to your Shopify store (with your permission) and provides AI-driven analysis and optimization recommendations. You choose which recommendations to apply or ignore.

Nettro provides suggestions and tools — not guaranteed results. We do not promise specific revenue, conversion, or profit outcomes. You remain responsible for all business decisions and changes made to your store.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at getnettro@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

New accounts may receive a 3-day free trial of the Pro Plan. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription at the price shown on our pricing page (currently $39.99 per month), unless we notify you of a change in advance.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Billing terms, refunds, and cancellations are described in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

To use store features, you authorize Nettro to access your Shopify store data through Shopify's API, within the permissions you grant during connection. You represent that you have the right to connect the store and share that data with Nettro.

You may disconnect your store at any time from your dashboard. Disconnecting may limit or stop certain features.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without permission
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service in a way that violates Shopify's terms or applicable law

Nettro owns the Service, including software, branding, and content we provide. You retain ownership of your store data. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to operate and improve the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AI-generated recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always review recommendations before applying them to your store.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NETTRO AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) $100 USD.

You may stop using Nettro and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but sections that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers and liability limits) will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Nettro's operator is located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
