Refunds & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how free trials, subscriptions, refunds, and cancellations work for Nettro's Pro Plan. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.
1. Free trial
New customers receive a 3-day free trial of the Pro Plan. You will not be charged during the trial period if you cancel before it ends.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at $39.99 per month (or the price shown at signup, if different) and billing will begin.
2. Subscription billing
The Pro Plan is billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your payment method will be charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
Prices may change in the future. If we change your subscription price, we will give you reasonable advance notice before the new price applies to your account.
3. How to cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Using the billing settings in your Nettro dashboard (when available), or
- Emailing getnettro@gmail.com from the email address on your account
Cancellation stops future charges. You will retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated at cancellation.
4. Refund policy
Monthly subscriptions: Payments are generally non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months if you cancel mid-cycle.
Exceptions: We may issue a refund at our sole discretion for:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Charges after a cancellation we failed to process promptly
- Extended Service outages that materially prevented use of Nettro
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge to getnettro@gmail.com. Include your account email and the charge date.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, contact us first so we can resolve it. Filing an unauthorized chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension.
6. Disconnecting Shopify
Canceling your Nettro subscription does not automatically disconnect your Shopify store. You can disconnect your store separately from your dashboard. Disconnecting Shopify does not by itself cancel your Nettro subscription.
7. Account deletion
To delete your account and associated data, email getnettro@gmail.com. Cancel any active subscription first to avoid further charges.
